CHANCE TO WIN RULES
WIN YOUR BRIDAL GOWN:
A purchase is not necessary and does not improve your chance
of winning. Void where prohibited. One winner will be
selected each quarter and have the choice of one of
the prizes listed, free bridal gown valued at $1000 or less,
up to 5 free bridesmaid dresses valued individually at $150
or less or a Bridal Warehouse $300 gift card.
ENTERING DRAWING:
Go to www.usabridal.com
and fill out the online entry form. All entries become
property of Bridal Warehouse and entry will not be
acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be
deemed to be proof of receipt. Entrants are granting Bridal
Warehouse/Tuxedo Avenue the right to market to them via
mail, phone, email and other legitimate marketing tools. By
entering each entrant is bound by the these rules. One entry
per participant, multiple entries per participant will be
discarded. Excessive entries by an entrant will be
deleted and the entrant will not be allowed to participate
in the contest. What determines excessive will be determined
by Bridal Warehouse.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all legal residents of the United States, 18 years
or older at the time of entry. Employees or immediate family
members of Bridal Warehouse or Tuxedo Avenue employees are not
eligible.
WINNERS:
One winner will be selected each quarter from all available
qualifying entries. A reasonable effort will be made to
contact the winner. The winner must respond with in 7 days
or Bridal Warehouse may choose to select another winner from
the list of qualifying entries voiding the original winners
entry.
PRIZES:
The winner of the selected quarters prize must choose from
the list of prizes. Prizes may change without notice. The
winner is responsible for all taxes, alterations, shipping or any other
miscellaneous cost. Prizes are not redeemable for cash,
cannot be substituted for other items and cannot be
transferred to Tuxedo Avenue. Prizes cannot be transferred
to another individual. Winner must select &
redeem prize within 60 days of notification of winning.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The 'Chance to Win' starts June 1, 2011. Valid for legal
U.S. residents only. First drawing will occur September 30,
2011 with a new drawing each quarter until cancelled by
Bridal Warehouse. Cancellation may occur at anytime and
without notice to participants. Contest is void where
prohibited.
