Shipping and Returns
Return or Cancellation Policy
USA Bridal offers a full merchandise refund on all IN STOCK merchandise ordered online only. All sales are final on QUICK DELIVERY or SPECIAL ORDER and ALL SALE MERCHANDISE. All items are clearly marked as IN STOCK online, if you are unsure if an item is eligible for return, please call 270-765-2269 or chat with us at www.usabridal.com.
To return or exchange your merchandise…
- Return or exchange your merchandise within 7 days of receiving it.
- Return merchandise in its original condition and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Complete the return form provided in the original shipment and place it in the box.
- Return the box using UPS or FEDEX ONLY. When we receive it, we will send you an email.
- Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the dress minus shipping/handling/insurance charges and any discounts or coupons applied.
- All emergency shipping (2 – 5 business days) are FINAL SALE.
Who’s responsible for return shipping?
Online merchandise must be returned via UPS or FEDEX ONLY. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to USA Bridal. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
What if I received a promo code or other special offer on my returned or cancelled item?
Returned or cancelled items will void any promotional codes or other special offers.
How do I handle defective merchandise?
If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving it for a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags attached. Once received, our customer service representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, contact the designer to repair or replace it. If we find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, it will be shipped back to you. You will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise, but we will not incur shipping charges on merchandise that is not found defective or misused.
What if I need to cancel my order before I receive it? When an order is placed at USA Bridal, we immediately place a special order with the designer. As with any special order, the designer does not allow it to be cancelled.
Shipping & Handling
Standard Shipping on Dress Orders:
Shipping will take up to 2-4 business days within the continental US. International orders will be estimated depending on the country being delivered to.
You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. USA Bridal is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Shipping Responsibility:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This includes all orders returned and exchanged with USA Bridal. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to USA Bridal. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
Shipping & Insurance:
We ship FREE to the continental US. International, Hawaii and Alaska will be emailed the freight quote. A $35.00 insurance fee is added to each order.
